I have heard that diet and health can play a big part in your chances of falling pregnant.
Is this true?
Is there any scientific proof behind this claim? |

Yes!
This is something that most women ignore. And it doesnt apply to everyone, some people can fall pregnant despite a bad diet.
Avoiding junk foods and high sugar foods as well as caffeine is recommended.
They are the steps I have taken so far. |

Well exercise can help i believe as well. Just general health, so that includes eating well and regular exercise.
Still, i have not noticed it being a problem for me if i eat some junk food here and there whilst trying to fall pregnant, everyone is different
Im sure if you were a junk food binger, you might have issues. |
