I have been truing to get pregnant for about 3 months and still nothing. I know that my periods are irregular. So there for I have no idea when i 'll have one or not...... HElp!!!!! what should I do. It took me 8 yrs the first time, then with the 2nd one it only took me about a yr. I wasnt trying then...... I am 35 and want one more before i turn 40.
What should i do, Stand on my head or some thing? haha |

3 months isn't a very long time to be trying... 8 years however is !!!
I don't think there is any 'secret method' that can be used other than understanding your body and that of your partner and acting acordingly.
The most important is to know when you are about to ovulate... then make love once every 2 days or so around that time (sperm count is lowered with repetitive ejaculation)
Keep a healthy body and a healthy mind.. no drink, no drugs, healthy diet and a stressfree life will dramatically increase your chances.
Hope you have more luck this time than the first time Tresha.
Noelia, the average time for most couples to be trying is well over 6 months.. don't start thinking there is anything wrong until you've been trying for a good 12 - 18 months... take it easy and keep posting as we'd love to hear about your progress.
